How Do You Ask for Help?

Asking for help for your mental health can be scary, difficult, and confusing. You may not know who to ask or where to go. 

Watch this video to learn about some reasons why people may be hesitant to reach out for help, and to learn more about how to approach someone when you or someone you know may be interested in seeking help. 

What Is Therapy?

Sometimes you may find yourself experiencing something that leaves you with confusing emotions. There are many circumstances in life that can lead someone to needing therapy.

Therapy is the process of experiencing therapeutic conversation with a trained professional to help you process difficult emotions. 

If you feel like you are ready to talk to someone, we are here to help.

  • Book your appointment online through your

  • Visit the "TimelyCare (Virtual)" tab in the left column to talk with a trained professional 24/7.
