University Admission Requirements
- Receive your diploma from an accredited high school.
- Complete at least 14 high school credits in college preparatory course: 4 in English, 3 in Mathematics, 2 in Lab Sciences, 2.5 in Social Sciences, and 2.5 in College Preparatory Electives
- Satisfy the requirements of the State of Texas Uniform Admissions Policy.
- Meet the test-optional admission criteria, or achieve a minimum composite score on the ACT or SAT through the secondary review criteria.

After You Apply
Applications can take 2-3 weeks to be processed. Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email including your ذكذكتسئµ University ID number "L Number" which you can use to check your admissions status.
Texas Success Initiative (TSI)
Students attending Texas public institutions of higher education must be in compliance with the Texas Success Initiative (TSI). Unless exempt, students must take the TSI Assessment to determine their readiness for college-level work before being advised and registering for classes.
Appeals
Prospective freshman students who receive a rejection letter from ذكذكتسئµ University are eligible to appeal their admission decision by following our appeals process.
Before attending on-campus classes, students under age 22 must either receive a vaccination against bacterial meningitis or meet criteria to decline. Get more information on this vaccination requirement.
