As part of the conference, the team had the opportunity to participate in many activities that supported networking, marketing knowledge and business skills growth. These programs included a digital marketing boot camp, professional marketing and branding services workshop, job hunting workshop, business simulations and various networking events. The keynote speaker for the conference was Michael McCullough, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for the Miami Heat.
The AMA’s participation in the conference has been part of the group’s effort to revitalize membership and activity on campus. Just like many other programs and organizations across the ذكذكتسئµ University campus, and the world, AMA has been working to rebuild itself after a quiet two years. The group has big plans for this and next semester with many events planned. For any students interested in learning about AMA, they can plan to attend their next event to be held at the Setzer Student Center, Room 124 at 6 p.m. There will be door prizes and treats as well as a talk from an industry professional. The event is open to all students, especially those with an interest in marketing, communications or business.
