Losragner Chronicles
Losragner Chronicles is a thesis project centered around illustrated book covers for a four book fantasy series. Drawing from my own worldbuilding, the series follows a young mythical protagonist as they navigate a world filled with magic and conflict, confronting a dark guild along the way. This project allows me to delve deeper into the characters and world I’ve created while blending my passion for illustration and graphic design to craft a visually captivating series. The main goal of this thesis is to explore the connection between a book’s cover and a reader's interest in picking it up. Book covers have always intrigued me, especially how typography and imagery come together to form a cohesive design that is both aesthetically appealing and representative of the story within. Through this project, I hope to demonstrate how a well-crafted book cover can spark curiosity and draw readers to discover stories they might otherwise have overlooked.
